- The exit strategy I plan to take is management/employee buyout.
- I selected this particular exit strategy because I I would want to sell the business to someone who has the same values as me. They were there at the beginning so they know the origins of the business.
- My exit strategy has influenced the way that I wish the business to carry on. I put my passion into the unmet need, so I would like for it to grow.
I feel as though everyone has this exit strategy. It makes sense. We created this venture for the purpose of the class, so there was not a lot of emotional investment by the students. I am sure you will be able to sell your business for a pretty penny. I hope you have conviction in your decision, because you venture could have a lot of potential to grow and generate a ton of revenue.
ReplyDeleteI wonder would this buyout allow you to still maintain some type of influence on the company? Or is it just completely relinquishing of control? I think maintaining sometype of influence would be the best way to make sure it still Carry's your values
