Your Exit Strategy

  1. The exit strategy I plan to take is management/employee buyout.
  2. I selected this particular exit strategy because I I would want to sell the business to someone who has the same values as me. They were there at the beginning so they know the origins of the business.
  3. My exit strategy has influenced the way that I wish the business to carry on. I put my passion into the unmet need, so I would like for it to grow.

  1. I feel as though everyone has this exit strategy. It makes sense. We created this venture for the purpose of the class, so there was not a lot of emotional investment by the students. I am sure you will be able to sell your business for a pretty penny. I hope you have conviction in your decision, because you venture could have a lot of potential to grow and generate a ton of revenue.

  2. I wonder would this buyout allow you to still maintain some type of influence on the company? Or is it just completely relinquishing of control? I think maintaining sometype of influence would be the best way to make sure it still Carry's your values
